On 23 July, GNMI held an opening ceremony to kick off its 2024 training program for newly jointed employees. The 7-momth program is customized for graduates joining the company in past three years and other qualified employees. It aims to improve employees’ professional literacy, skills and potentials in leadership through systematic training to inject new vitality and momentum into the development of the company. Wang Lintan, vice-president of GNMI and directors of relevant departments attended the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Wang Lintan delivered an executive summary of the industrial prospect and the company’s vision. He encouraged trainees to widen vision, look ahead and think in innovative manner, jointly writing new chapters of the company. Li Guangjiang, director of HR shared detailed program target, contents and methods. According to training plan, this program will cover topics on professional knowledge, skill improvement, teamwork and leadership. Tutors will include senior executives, business elites and external experts. The program will combine theory with practice, including class teaching and on-site practice.
The company puts an incentive and feedback mechanism in place to ensure the efficacy of the program. the training plan will also be adjusted in line with feedbacks from trainees so as to improve quality of the program.
