In order to further accelerate the collaborative integration with the famous Korean pearlescent pigment company CQV, M&A integration project team in GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL went to CQV for a 4-day in-depth visit under the leadership of Mr. SU Ertian (苏尔田), Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company. Deloitte Consulting participated as a consulting service organization.

At the exchange symposium held on September 18th, Mr. LIN Kwang Su (林光水), CEO and President of CQV, as well as the CQV team gave a detailed product introduction and technology demonstration to the participants of GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on efficient collaboration in all aspects of business, including product, sales, marketing, research and development, procurement, and corporate governance and control. Through in-depth exchanges and discussions, GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONAL team better understood CQV’s workflow, business model and corporate culture. It also deepened mutual understanding and trust.

The visit itinerary also included visiting CQV’s production line to understand its production process, conducting in-depth exchanges with CQV’s technical team to discuss current industry hotspot issues and challenges, and learning about the latest development in South Korea and the global pearlescent material market from CQV’s sales team. Through face-to-face communication, we could understand and respect the corporate culture of CQA, as well as promote mutual understanding between the two teams, which will help to better advance integration and collaborative work.

Mr. SU Ertian said that this visit is an important step in promoting the deep synergy and integration of two parties, and it is also a key step towards globalization for GLOBAL NEW MATERIAL INTERNATIONA. We hoped to promote the integration of our business, technology, and sales teams through in-depth communication, and accelerate the company’s globalization strategy process.
