“2016 China Industry Strong Foundation Strategic Promotion Forum” was held in Beijing, the forum was chaired by the President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Zhou Ji.Lu Yongxiang, vice chairman of the National People’s Congress, attended the speech and delivered a speech.
